Hi everyone, this is Iris from Spain, a traveler and a full-time dreamer.
2. How does yoga help you?
Yoga is helping me to improve my flexibility, posture, balance and strength.
3. When did you begin attending yoga classes?
I’ve tried different kinds of yoga in Spain, Ireland and Malta but it’s just since last year that I am practicing yoga regularly (two or three times a week).
4. Where did you learn?
I’ve learnt the basics of yoga in Spain, however I have improved it here in Malta.
5. What are the benefits of yoga asanas and meditation?
Both help me to decrease stress and to relax, sleep deeper and give me more peace of mind. Their practice increases my self-esteem and improves my breathing and my quality of life in general.
6. How many times a week do you practice yoga asanas and meditation?
It depends on my shifts, but I try to make it three times per week.
7. Does yoga help you for body and mind?
Yes, it does indeed. I feel more energetic, happier and aligned.
8. Does it help you to manage your stress and anxiety?
Yes, this was one of the first benefits I felt when I started to practice it.
9. Do you recommend others to join the classes?
Totally recommended it to everyone! Your condition doesn’t matter, yoga will improve your life.
10. What is your goal in life?
Live in harmony and peace by knowing and improving myself. Therefore, help others to improve their life somehow.
