Yoga helps overcome stress

Co-founder of the CDF Company Services Ltd Dr. Frank Chetcuti Dimech attends yoga classes at the Ananda Marga Yoga Center, Gzira to become healthy and happy. Lawyer Dimech (48) lives at Sliema with his wife, two daughters and one son.
Dimech joined his first yoga classes in October 2017 at the yoga center.
Dimech said he has been only attending yoga classes at the Ananda Marga Yoga Center for seven months with no previous yoga experience.
He gets many benefit by practicing yoga, said Dimech.
Yoga helps him exercising and relaxing the body and mind together, Dimech said.
“It is very important since my work is sedentary and stressful,” Dimech said. “Yoga helps me to be physically and mentally fit.”
Dimech said he practices yoga three times a week at the yoga center and hopes to find more time in future.
Yoga helps Dimech for his physical and mental health.
“Of course, this is why I like it practice so much because it helps me address both physical fitness and mental fitness,” Dimech said. “Definitely, yoga and meditation are recommended in order to discover inner peace and concentration.
Beside physical fitness, yoga relieve stress and anxiety, Dimech said.
“I recommend yoga and meditation to all, especially people who lead a stressful lifestyle.” Dimech said. My goal is to live a happy and peaceful life with my family, workmates and friends.”
