Yoga and meditation help to achieve inner peace

Mother of two children Ann-Katrine Dall (41) practices yoga and meditation to achieve peace and calmness.
“Yoga helps me find peace and focus, I feel more connected with my body, when I do yoga and meditation,” said Ann-Katrine.
Ann-Katrine said she started doing yoga at her home country Denmark when she
was around 20 years of age.
Ann-Katrine said “I practiced yoga in gyms and at home with video tapes.”
Ann-Katrine joined yoga and meditation classes at the Ananda Marga Yoga Center, Malta two years ago. She said she practices yoga asanas and meditation regularly at her apartment after joining the class at the center.
“I feel yoga helps me prepare for meditation, which gives me inner peace and a
calmness,” Ann-Katrine said. “I can tune in to me and block out all the noise
around me.”
Ann-Katrine believes yoga and
meditation is beneficial for people.
“I found yoga and meditation to be extremely helpful, in every aspect of my life,” Ann-Katrine said. “I can stay balanced and focused for long time.”
Ann-Katrine thinks yoga and meditation is helpful to reduce stress.
“I believe yoga and meditation has done a lot for my physical and mental
health, my anxiety level is very low, I feel less stressed and more in
balance,” said Ann-Katrine.
Ann-Katrine experiences yoga and meditation helps her to solve many problems.
“Yoga and meditation helps with a lot of issues, also my self-reflection and
the way I see myself, said Ann-Katrine.
Ann-Katrine suggests people to practice yoga and meditation to become healthy and happy.
“I wish all people would do yoga and meditation, so we can find our inner beauty and love,” Ann-Katrine said . “I suppose I wish for good health and the chance to make the world a better place.”
