Anatomy Yoga is the purest form of yoga as it is based on science.
Anatomy Yoga encourages individuals to free themselves from outdated religious practices and move along rational spirituality.
Yoga Science originated 7,000 years ago from Lord Shiva –then revised by Lord Krsna 3,500 years ago –and recently revised again by Lord Anandamurtii. But over the years many types of yoga were advocated by many small gurujis who used Lord Shiva’s and Lord Krsna’s original Anatomy Yoga teachings which Lord Anandamurtii calls Yoga-Bio-Psychology (or Yoga Psychology and/or Bio-Psychology) for the current age.
