- When did you begin attending yoga classes?
I’ve been attending yoga classes for the past 10 years, however it’s been on and off. Now I’m trying to keep a constant attendance and it’s helping that the hours are flexible

- What are the benefits of yoga asanas and meditation?
It makes you feel more peaceful with yourself and others
- How many times a week do you practice yoga asanas and meditation?
Three to four times a week.

A lot! It’s an escape from the rushed world we live in
- Does it help you to manage your stress and anxiety?
Yes, it helps me to better control my emotions and try to bring the positive out of daily situations

Yes, the world would definitely be a better place

To live a simple life away from the material things that constantly alienate us and help those in need.
