Revered senior Purodha of Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha Acarya Vishvadevananda Avadhuta left Ranchi on 24th May 2010 at 6 am with half dozen cars, dozens of motor cycles and reached Anandanagar at 10 am. . He became very happy while entering in the land of Anandanagar and he was in cheerful mood. This time there was Baba Birthday celebration. 27th May was the day of Baba’s Birthday celebration. 90th Birth celebration of Our Gurudev Baba was celebrated with Joy and everyone felt strong spiritual vibration. Rev. senior purodha Ac Vishv adevanada Avt. Joined Baba’s birthday celebration and he shared his joy with all margiis.

Ananda Purniima Dharma Maha Sammelan was held on 28th, 29th May and 30th May 2010 at Ananda Nagar. Rail department co operated to stop trains at Pundag from 27 to 2nd June.

Thousands Margiis brothers and sisters attended the programme.

DMS programme started on 28th morning with reverend dada’s address. His talk based on Jiiva and Shiva. In after noon a meeting of General Body of Tattvikas, Acaryas and Purodhas were held as usual, which was presided by the rev. Ac Vishvadevananda Avt.

After noon Anandanagar received welcome shower and atmosphere became cool and pleasant. This is not relevant to quote here that Anandanagar and many places in India experienced unprecedented heat wave this year. The daksiina river and most of all the wells and Sevadal well still provided water for bathing and dirking.. Ten days before there was sudden rain before Ananda Purniima days that is on 16th May, flooding the river. This solved DMS water problem. Village people always enquire when Mela starts? They ask because they know 10 days before DMS there will be rain so they start their cultivation.

Ananda purniima Baba’s Birthday 24 hours Akhanda Kiirtan was in heights of devotion in Kiirtan pendal. Kiirtan pedal was decorated with flowers and lights .

Many New kiirtan tunes brought much devotional Vibration. Many Margiis came to attend Baba’s Birthday and stayed till DMS.

On First, day broke with usual Guru Sakash and Pancajanya. There was all three days 72 hours Akhanda Kiirtan making the environment spiritually vibrated.

After noon there was meeting of ACB and Bhukti Pradhan, presided by rev. Purodha Pramukh dada, attended widely by the ACB members and the Bhukti Pradhans.

RU report was read out in the evening by Ac Nigamananda Avt (RU RAWA secretary ).

On the occasion of Ananda Purnima DMS held at Anandanagar on 29 May 2009. AMURT distributed hundreds of Saris and Dhotis to the most needy old men and women people of 53 villages around Anandanagar. Distribution was started by Sri Shankar Narayan Singhdev the Grand son of late Sri Raghunandan Singh Dev, the King of Garh Joypur who gifted more than 500 Acres of land to Ananda Marga in Anandanagar. On this day hundreds of workers and Margiis helped in distribution. This program of Saris and dhotis distribution was highlighted by Electronic media.

Baba’s brother Himanshu Rainjan Sarkar was present in this program.

Evening marked RAWA programme presented by Mrnal of Ranchi with his Ranchi RAWA team. On first day PP dada addressed Margiis in the morning. In after noon Avadhuta meeting was held which was presided by rev. Purodha Pramukh dada.

In the evening General Finance Secretary Ac Nigamananda Avt presented the half yearly financial report.

Ac Svarupananda Avt presented half yearly progress report on behalf of General Secretary Ac Dhruvananda Avt.

Again there was RAWA programme presentation by Ranchi RAWA under the leadership of Mrnal pathak(head of the deaprtment in music and art, Ranchi University) based on Ananda Sutram.

There were competitions held between the regions of Delhi Sector and Overseas Sector for the most appreciable work done report for six months. The prizes were awarded by Rev Ac Vishvadevananda Avt to the winners.

The prizes were also given to best Pracaraka, best Local Full Timers, best Bhukti Pradhan (District Secretary), winners of Tandava and kaoshikii competitions.

As usual prize was distributed to the participants and newly married couples were blessed by rev PP dada.

After DMS Babas video was played, Margiis cried in devotion beholding Baba in Varabhaya Mudra gracing the devotees.
