With yoga I improve my flexibility and balance, while meditation helps me to keep the mind sharp and clear, relieve stress and improve overall well-being

At least three times a week

11. How did you like Ananda Marga Yoga Meditation Class in Malta?
I liked it very much, especially the flexibility to book the classes adapted to my schedule. It helped me to disconnect from daily stress during a week of holidays. I came back home very relaxed and motivated to improve my meditation concentration. Dada is a caring teacher, who takes personal care of his students… He even prepared a delicious smoothy for us! I am looking forward to repeating this wonderful experience.
